  1. Take a bowl add besan, suji, ginger paste, chillies paste, sugar, salt and turmeric powder. Mix it well and then add water accordingly to make a pouring consistency..

  3. Grease a container..
  4. Before steaming add fruit salt and give a gentle mix..
  5. Pour the batter into a greased container and give a tab..

  8. FOR TADKA Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and green chillies..
  9. When the seeds crackle add half cup of water and 4 tsp sugar (according to your taste).
  10. Keep it for 3 to 4 min on low flame..
  11. Remove from the flame and pour the tempering over the dhoklas..
