  1. Take of Simple ghiya veg.
  2. Use 2 cup of chopped ghiya.
  3. You need of Salt.
  4. Use 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

  7. You need 1/2 cup of Budi.

  11. You need 2 cup of ghiya.
  12. Provide 1 cup of tomato.
  13. You need 2 of green chilli.
  14. Get leaves of Coriander.
  15. Get 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
  16. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  17. You need 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
  18. You need 1/2 teaspoon of mango powder.
  19. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seeds.
  20. You need of Ghee.
  21. You need 1 cup of Water.

Steps to make Ghiya:

  1. Simple ghiya - wash ghiya,heat a presser cooker add ghee and cumin seeds, hing wait until the colour change add ghiya,turmeric and salt or 1/2 cup water cover the lid cook 2 to 3 whistle wait the pressure releases.
  2. After mashed ghiya add some after if needed boiled ghiya 5 mint mediums low flame.Add budi and curd again boiled 5 mint medium low flame.Now turn off gas.
  3. Garnish coriander leaves and serve..
  4. Tomato ghiya recipe--- wash ghiya,heat a presser cooker add ghee and cumin seeds, hing wait until the colour change add ghiya,turmeric and salt or 1/2 cup water cover the lid cook 2 to 3 whistle wait the pressure releases.
  5. After open lid mash ghiya add tomato,1cup water,red chilli,ginger and green chilli,coriander powder and boiled 5 to 8 mint add mango powder again cook 2 to 3 mint.
  6. Turn off gas and garnish coriander leaves.
  7. Serve.
